SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our office is open Monday - Friday excluding legal holidays. We ship orders every working day from our facility in California. All orders made after 3pm PST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 3pm PST on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
We offer an affordable shipping insurance which we highly suggest during these unprecedented times. This covers all lost or stolen parcels and is available at checkout. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages if - shipping insurance is not selected - therefore please ensure you type the correct address into your shopping cart.
Orders are shipped by USPS or UPS. It is very common for a package to be tracked as delivered before it has arrived, therefore we suggest waiting 2-3 days before contacting the Post Office.
Express Shipping is a shipping option and the parcel will be shipped - same day if order is placed before 3pm PST, or the following day if placed after 3pm PST. It will be delivered between 1 & 2 business days. You can request a refund of your shipping from the Post Office directly if you have purchased Express Shipping and it has arrived late.
Express Shipping is the only guaranteed shipping method. Shipping times may vary during the holiday season.

How do I return?
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you would like to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Items which are within 14 days from the date of delivery
- Items in unused and resellable condition
- Items in the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted products
- Damaged/unsellable products
- Used products
- Downloaded Products
- Both outbound and return shipping is not covered. This will be deducted from your refund unless you return using your own shipping carrier
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 14 days of the delivered date.
What are the refund options?

- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit
How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
